This position involves the cleaning of windows located on the first and second levels of area homes and businesses. Lots of variety. Fun, interesting work.
Pay starts at $11.00-$12.00 per hour depending on previous job experience. With our bonus program this can grow to $18.00-$20.00 per hour or more with completion of advanced training and experience. No previous window cleaning experience is required or desired - we will train you.
The general requirements are:
- A reliable car or truck to work from
- A valid drivers license and proof of insurance
- A home or cellular phone
- A smoke and drug-free lifestyle
- Professional grooming standards - it matters to our customers
- The physical stamina to work outside year-round in both the warmest and coldest periods
- The ability or willingness to learn to do ladder work up to 24 ft.
- Basic math and reading skills
- You must be very responsible and hard working, show good judgement and be able to work as a team or independently
- A generous and enthusiastic attitude
Our training program will help you learn to do the following:
- Window cleaning ground floor - homes and businesses
- Window cleaning with up to 27' pole
- Ladder work up to 24'
- Removal of special substances off glass.
- Decide how jobs are most efficiently and safely performed
- Paperwork, invoicing and collecting
- Personal time management
- Person tool inventory and maintenance
Advanced responsibilities that are optional are:

- Expanded areas of technical work such as water fed pole cleaning, aerial lift work and high rise

Assistant Office Manager
This is a part-time position 20-30 hours per week; offering family-friendly hours, days - no weekends. Fridays are required.
We are looking for an engaged worker - someone who likes to think and enjoys working with data entry and numbers, detail-oriented with strong customer service skills. Bank teller experience has proven helpful in the past, because of the ability to work with numbers and people.
This position involves clerical support for window cleaning operations along with calling past clients to schedule service, answering, returning and logging calls, computer data entry, scheduling and record keeping. Other duties may include balancing cash and invoices, checking and correcting technician's paperwork, general filing, organizing, etc.
Pay starts at $12.00 - $14.00 per hour depending on experience, aptitude and training.
Qualifications:
- Self-supervising, self starter, able to work independently with limited social interactions.
- Organized & Focused. Able to handle multiple tasks and priorities and enjoy streamlining procedures.
- Accurate and detail oriented. Must be able to perform computer data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong problem solving skills; the ability to resolve complex scheduling and/or billing issues that may arise.
- Excellent telephone personality; comfortable speaking with people by phone.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. As well as use of internet and online networking, etc.
- Experience in bookkeeping and filing. Knowledge of accounts receivable and purchasing.
- Proficient in basic math skills.
Duties:
- Data Entry and Filing
- Keeping customer records and work-order information accurate and up to date.
- Logging sales people’s contacts into the computer from voice mail & voice to text transcriptions.
- Accounts receivable, phone calls, backup research, etc.
- Develop and maintain document templates & forms, (Word & Acrobat)
- Document, Improve, simplify and streamline procedures.
- Provide general support for Sales & Accounting as directed.
